{"id":1012,"date":"2025-01-07T18:31:02","date_gmt":"2025-01-07T16:31:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aio-contact.com\/?p=1012"},"modified":"2025-02-04T16:14:28","modified_gmt":"2025-02-04T14:14:28","slug":"el-rechazo-en-ventas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aio-contact.com\/en\/el-rechazo-en-ventas\/","title":{"rendered":"Rejection in sales: How to overcome it and enjoy your profession again"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NO<br><br>El miedo al rechazo\u2026<br><br>\u00bfEres vendedor?\u00bfQu\u00e9 sientes?<br><br>Muchas veces charlando con compa\u00f1er@s, me encuentro muchas personas super cansadas de vender, no les gusta recibir rechazos ( si es tu caso tranquil@, es completamente normal, eres un ser humano) y van a su trabajo desganados.<br><br>La venta como cualquier profesi\u00f3n requiere-exige conocimiento y hoy por hoy a\u00fan no tenemos una formaci\u00f3n reglada que acredite nuestra profesi\u00f3n, tienes que buscarte la vida.<br><br>Seas vendedor con habilidades naturales o no, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/feed\/hashtag\/?keywords=formate&amp;highlightedUpdateUrns=urn%3Ali%3Aactivity%3A7283407536307757064\">#formate<\/a>.<br><br>La mayor\u00eda de vendedores que no se forman y esperan que lleguen los resultados por s\u00ed solos o matando moscas a ca\u00f1onazos y claro cuando viene el NO, viene el hartazgo a su trabajo y la falta de querencia hacia lo que venden, cambian de trabajo una y otra vez. Imaginaros un m\u00e9dico que se enfrentar\u00e1 a su consulta sin conocimiento, odiar\u00eda su trabajo simplemente por ausencia de conocimiento. Ser\u00eda frustrante fallar una y otra vez, esto les pasa a much\u00edsimos vendedores.<br><br>Pero, \u00bfC\u00f3mo lidiar con el rechazo? Aqu\u00ed van unos consejos:<br><br>1- No evites el no para evitar el fracaso.<br>2- El no que recibes es al producto o servicio\u2026no es a ti, no es personal. As\u00ed evitaremos vivir amargados y con emociones negativas<br>3- Cuando alguien te dice que no, aprovecha como oportunidad para preguntarte:<br>\u00bfC\u00f3mo puedo ser m\u00e1s eficiente?, \u00bfC\u00f3mo puedo convertir un potencial cliente en un cliente ? \u00bfC\u00f3mo puedo hacer atractiva mi llamada para que me escuchen? \u00bfC\u00f3mo puedo hacer una comparativa mejor, donde una los intereses del cliente con los de mi producto? \u00bfMe he preocupado de forma sincera por las necesidades del cliente haciendo un buen sondeo? Mi tono de voz es el adecuado, mi expresi\u00f3n f\u00edsica y\/ o verbal denotan seguridad o parece que est\u00e9 esperando el rechazo&#8230;aprovecha esta oportunidad del no y piensa qu\u00e9 puedes hacer diferente la pr\u00f3xima vez.<br><br>En <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/aio-contact\/\">AIO Contact<\/a> vivimos a diario con el no, de hecho el SI es la excepci\u00f3n que confirma la regla, por eso siempre comparto con mis vendedores, que la habilidad esencial para un buen vendedor es el analizar el no como una oportunidad para aprender, enfocar y mejorar.
