Pero recuerda que el NO es el principio de la venta. Si el cliente te rechaza ya sabes que detr\u00e1s de esa negativa tienes alg\u00fan obst\u00e1culo que sortear para lograr la venta.<br><br>En este momento tendr\u00e1s que averiguar el porqu\u00e9 de su rechazo y descartar las excusas de las objeciones reales, a las excusas no les hagas caso ( normalmente cuando hay una objeci\u00f3n como la desconfianza el cliente intentar\u00e1 aplazar para preguntar a un tercero ) el cliente aqu\u00ed estar\u00e1 escurridizo y con ganas de colgar porque no querr\u00e1 entrar en la negociaci\u00f3n\u2026es en este preciso momento donde tenemos que poner en marcha otra vez un sondeo efectivo de nuevo para volver a reformular y argumentar. Encontrando la objeci\u00f3n real del cliente, una vez se allane la objeci\u00f3n la venta estar\u00e1 hecha.<br><br>Por lo tanto este es el momento m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil de toda la llamada junto con\u00a0 la captaci\u00f3n inicial.<br><br><br>T\u00e9cnicas de sondeo para rebatir las objeciones:<br><br>1- Retomar el sondeo inicial, y afirmarlo como lo que el cliente te hab\u00eda dicho.<br>2- Incluye nuevas preguntas a ese sondeo para detectar porqu\u00e9 no o porque ahora no.<br><br>Objeciones posibles:<br><br>\ud83d\udcb6 Precio: siempre habr\u00e1 una empresa m\u00e1s cara o m\u00e1s barata. Pero preg\u00fantate qu\u00e9 de tu producto hace un valor diferencial al cliente que lo empuje a contratar. Y siempre tendr\u00e1s la posibilidad si has hecho bien tu trabajo de bajar el valor del concepto de precio dot\u00e1ndolo de exclusividad por otros servicios que justifiquen esa inversi\u00f3n para el cliente<br><br>\ud83e\udd1d Servicios-productos: puede que dentro del producto o servicio hayan carencias que el cliente demande y t\u00fa no lo tengas. Primero tendr\u00e1s que darle soluci\u00f3n a la carencia que tiene por un lado y luego o por contrapartida darle el valor del cambio a tu producto + contratar aparte el otro servicio que el cliente anhela.<br><br><br>En las formaciones que imparto en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/aio-contact\/\">AIO Contact<\/a> siempre hablo de las objeciones como parte principal de la gesti\u00f3n telef\u00f3nica y gesti\u00f3n de venta.
